Foley Catheter

The Biometrix^™ TSC Foley catheter is designed to monitor core body temperature accurately before, during, and after surgery, while also supporting urological drainage. By measuring temperature through the bladder, it helps reduce the risk of hypothermia. The catheter features a smooth, round shaft with a closely fitting balloon to minimize trauma during insertion and withdrawal. Made from 100% silicone, it reduces the risk of urethritis and latex allergies, and its non-ferrous sensors and wires ensure safety. The transparent shaft with a radiopaque line allows for urine monitoring and radiological imaging. It provides accurate and continuous temperature measurement within ±0.15^°C, across a range of 25^°C to 45^°C. The color-coded self-closing valve simplifies size indication, and the white connector with ergonomic grip ensures compatibility with most monitors. Available in sizes from 6Fr to 18Fr, with balloon capacities ranging from 1.5 ml to 10 ml.
